CVL Coaching Mentoring and Consulting Center advocates and promotes emotional wellness , mental health awareness and physical well being. Coach Vee Lee is the FOUNDER and CEO of CVL established since 2016. CVL is in partnership with Visual Masters Incorporated, working hand in hand with Organizational Leadership through training, seminar, workshop , adventure learning and team building using an approach such as coaching and mentoring. CVL offers our 1-2-1 and group sessions with mental struggle or high emotional cases. We guide and mentor individuals with emotional struggles, delay and difficulty with response , emotionally challenged and people undergoing difficult life stress stimuli. Through understanding their inner child complexities, trigger and trauma, we allow them to experience the so-called " self encounter", self  renewal and rewiring mentally, emotionally and physically.

The guided healing process will allow you to rediscover your inner TRUTH so that you can  fill in the silent void from the past  to make the present state of being work. CVL will support and guide you to align with your goals for the next years of your beautiful and rewarding years to live. We guide you through the combined activities of creative dynamics that enhances your perspective, personality, sensory, cognitive, neuro , physical and behavioral responses. The framework or pattern is called FORMULA and DIAGRAM coaching which can deeply identify  how one can fully cross over from a painful traumatic, triggered and stressful condition to a calm, reflective and non-reactive human approach. Harnessing these, will allow you to  move towards your role and goal,  even to refine and reignite your relationship be it family, friend, work and intimate partners or loved ones. This will help you set up a built-in clear and healthy  mental and emotional space that knows how and when to regulate or modify  reactions / responses to stimuli that surrounds you.  Regulation of the emotions  are needed to switch off or on areas of the neuro that needs focus and attention or other things that need to be parked and are not needed at the moment.

The process  will be beneficial to you in your finding  deeply your purpose, possibilities and passion in life.

There is a holistic and organic way of overcoming ANXIETY and DEPRESSION.
