About Us
CVL Coaching Mentoring and Consulting Center advocates and promotes emotional wellness , mental health awareness and physical well being.
Coach Vee Lee is the FOUNDER and CEO of CVL established since 2016 together with Visual Masters Incorporated. CV is currently a WELLNESS CONSULTANT for the Olongapo City employees welfare approved by the City Mayor and endorsed by the HR Office under the City Administrator.
Facilitates Organizational Leadership through training, seminar, workshop , adventure learning and team building using an approach called coaching and mentoring. CVL offers our 1-2-1 and group sessions to service clients with mental struggles or high emotional cases. We guide and mentor individuals with these kind of emotional strain or dysregulation. We handle family intervention and aftercare for emotionally challenged and people undergoing difficult life stressors. Understanding one's inner child complexities which showcases trigger, tension and trauma can support the client's healing process. The process is called; SELF ENCOUNTER.
The guided healing process will allow you to reconnect to your truth so that you can hold the silent void, dark shadows, mirrors of the past and emotional baggage. CVL will provide direction and guidance you to align your emotional , mental and physical well being. The combined activities consists of creative dynamics which can enhance your perspective, personality, sensory, cognitive, neuro , physical and behavioral responses.
The framework/pattern is called FORMULA and DIAGRAM coaching which can identify how one can fully cross over from a painful traumatic, triggered and stressful bodily responses to a calm, reflective and non-reactive human approach. You will experience a sense of clearance, awareness, creativity and direction. Our objective is to plant a non-invasive, built-in, clear and healthy mental and emotional space that knows how and when to regulate/modify reactions / responses to stimuli that surrounds you. Emotional regulation and alteration must be accomplished during the program
There is a holistic and organic way of overcoming ANXIETY and DEPRESSION
